These Terms of Service govern your use of the Silverfish Internal Developer Portal and related Dashboard features.
The Silverfish IDP is currently provided as a beta (MVP) service.

For the avoidance of doubt, use of the service must not involve any activity that is illegal under the laws of England and Wales.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity carried out using your authenticated access.
You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and kept reasonably up to date.
You remain responsible for your own backups and for verifying any information obtained from the service.
Silverfish Software Ltd does not guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, delayed, or made unavailable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silverfish Software Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with use of the service.

Silverfish Software Ltd may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product changes.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
